We will measure our success not by how many customers and products we serve, but by how we serve our customers - we will strive to meet or exceed the expectations of each customer.
It’s simple! Once you have accepted a quote, we will mail you a free shipping kit (secure padded envelope + shipping label) so that you can pack and send us your phone. It will take about 3 to 6 business days to be delivered to you depending on your location. Once you have received it, simply pack your device in the envelope and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post office. You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received and inspected it.
Once your device arrives at our warehouse, it typically takes about 1 to 2 business day for the payment to be issued. You can choose to be paid by PayPal or Interac E-Tansfer, which are the quickest, or by cheque mailed to you.
We only need the device and battery. If you have the charger or other optional accessories, you are most welcome to include them in the package.
